Holley joined in the STS Association on Nov. 2007, and we have taken part in the metering exhibition in South Africa which focus on prepayment meter in May, 2008. After that Holley R&D team has developed prototype of the keypad prepayment meter which comply with IEC62055-51, IEC62055-41 in three months, once more, the company showed strong R&D ability.

Holley DDSY283 integrated single phase keypad prepayment meter is the latest one-way prepayment meter according to IEC 62053-21 and IEC 62055-31/41/51. The data transmitting is according to Standard Transfer Specification (STS), the meter case is IP54 enable it suitable for tropical using. Furthermore, the meter is wide current measurement designing, and the maximum current can be 100(A) when the basic current Ib is 5(A). The meter also has terminal cover opening anti-tamer function to ensure the security of the meter.
